This means a user who is enrolled in and has paid for a course may receive a failing grade at the completion of the course. Passing final grades are “A”, “B”, or “C”. A final grade of “D” or “F” means the user has failed the graded and completed course. A user who becomes a student enrolled in any course may be failed by the website administrator at any time during the course for any reason, at the sole discretion of the website administrator. Should the user fail a course, a refund will be automatically issued to the user less a processing fee of six US dollars ($6.00 US) using the payment information provided to the third party merchant services provider. Should the website administrator be unable to issue this refund for any reason, it is the responsibility of the user to contact the website administrator to arrange an alternative method of refund.
